These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Kasmada platform, websites, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Kasmada provides managed application hosting and related developer tooling. Features, capacity, and availability may change as we improve the platform. Preview or lab environments may be unstable and are provided without uptime commitments.
You are responsible for safeguarding API tokens, SSH keys, and login credentials, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of code and data you deploy. You grant Kasmada a limited license to host, build, run, and back up that material solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for licenses, secrets, and compliance for software you run.
Paid plans, usage metering, and bandwidth limits (when enabled) are described in the product UI or order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may suspend accounts for non-payment after notice.
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency changes may occur. Support channels are described in Help.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KASMADA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasmada’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
